Thompson’s Loving Touch Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Empowering Healthcare Training Center, is offering selected applicants the opportunity to receive tuition-free healthcare training beginning October 2026.

Scholarship programs include Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, EKG Technician, Medical Coding & Billing, and Patient Care Technician.

Before You Apply:

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Men and women are welcome to apply.
• The scholarship covers tuition only.
• A $35 nonrefundable application fee is required to submit your application.
• If selected, a $200 registration fee is required to secure your seat.
• Books, certification exams, skills kits when applicable, and other required materials are the student’s responsibility.
• Some online programs require in-person hands-on training in Towson, Maryland.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee scholarship selection.
